Post Baby Workout at FRAME Shoreditch

Ahhh... the fabulous mummy tummy that accompanies your little bundle of joy. No matter how much you breast feed or run after baby, nothing will do the trick quite like endless gym sessions (or perhaps some liposuction which is perhaps as likely as pigs flying with my statutory maternity pay)

So, my latest get-fit-quick craze has been largely down to the wonderful people at FRAME Shoreditch, which just so happens to be the coolest gym in all of London. With classes like "Bend-it-like Barbie", "Jane Fonda Tribute", Trampolining classes and Vibe-lates (Pilates on the Vibrogym), this is no ordinary workout.



I managed to lose 5kgs in 3 weeks! And now I am just 2kgs from my pre-pregnancy weight. But the best part is that I dont feel like I have slaved endless hours at the gym. Its been so much fun, and I look forward to my 4 sessions a week- Bring on summer baby!
